Join us as a retention specialist in our Santiago de los Caballeros office. The campaign focuses on customer retention, where representatives are responsible for persuading customers to retain their services by highlighting the benefits of staying with the company.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Fluency in English
- Persuasive skills to convince customers to stay
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively
- Not previous experience required
