Descripción Del Trabajo
We are currently hiring Creole Interpreters to provide language support between English and Haitian Creole speakers.
The ideal candidate will facilitate clear and accurate communication during conversations, helping customers and clients understand information effectively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Interpret conversations between English and Haitian Creole speakers.
• Provide accurate and professional language support.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Haitian Creole and English.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a professional environment.
• Good listening and comprehension skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
