| Descripción | Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in the industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Payables, Receivables, Inventory, Costs, Budgeting and Analysis, Forecasting, Capital Spending, Payroll, Managerial and Consolidated GAAP, _month-end closing, Audit, ERP Accounting Software, QuickBooks, and fully bilingual ;Spanish /English preferred. | Requisitos | Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Bilingual Spanish/English Experience in public accounting or audit a plus If you are a self-starter with a passion for finance and a desire to grow your career in the industry, then we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity! Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts Manage the month-end closing process Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions Monitor inventory and cost of goods sold Manage capital spending and fixed assets Prepare and process payroll for employees Assist in the coordination of external audits Utilize ERP accounting software to maintain accurate financial records Provide support to other departments as needed |
