Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter at SERVAIR-RD in Punta Cana. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as assisting with the hiring process. The role also involves coordinating with hiring managers and HR to meet staffing needs and maintain updated recruitment records.

Qualifications

  • Advance english level is required
  • Located in Punta Cana or Higuey

Recruitment, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills

  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation abilities
  • Knowledge of HR processes and hiring procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
